Recover Deleted Performance Documents

Hi All,

We have a situation where one of the Performance Document for an Employee is deleted in system. Basically, this Employees Global Transfer Date was changed in legacy system and in order to change the date in Oracle there was a Cancel Work relationship performed and which has caused the deletion of Performance Document. Now, we know that the Deleted PD cannot be restored/recovered, but we would like to know if the Goals added in PD directly can be recovered somehow from backend. We do not have access to Employees to Goals page and all the Goals are direclty added in
