DKIM for corporate domain

in Eloqua 2 comments

I'm wondering if anyone has information or recommendations around how to set up DKIM for instances where Eloqua uses the main corporate domain as the email sending domain rather than a subdomain. In other words, Eloqua emails would be sent from @company.com, along with all of our normal individual business emails sent from our Outlook Exchange server. I know this configuration is possible, but an unclear how DKIM gets set up.

My thought is that the public key and other DKIM elements would need to be added to the txt record of the main corporate domain and this would also cover Eloqua sends. Is that correct? Does the set up require any input from Oracle and would an SR be needed? Does the DKIM public key need to be generated by Oracle, for example, or is this process entirely outside of Eloqua/Oracle's realm and can be handled internally by our Mail Admin and IT Dept?

Howdy, Stranger!
