Oracle Eloqua 1 Month Hard Bounce Back Agent Not Working

Hi Team,

I had an Oracle Eloqua Agent running under Oracle Business Intelligence Reports which used to send out the list of hard bounce back contacts in the last 30 days.

The agent suddenly stopped working without any notification and I'm unable to fix it.

Could somebody guide me on how to make the Hard Bounce Back Agent working again ?
