Does Time calculation rule only works if time is entered
I am using a time calculation rule (TCR) to see if a person has missed time entry in time card for a day. In case the user has not entered time in time card, I am supposed to check for a few other conditions. However, I have observed that time calculation rule only runs when there is a time entry for that day. So, I cannot really use TCR for this purpose.
As a workaround, I tried to use time entry rule and then it didn't work because it is applied when user enter the time and my requirement is to find the days user has not entered time.
