How to restrict dropdown of performance documents by specific Legal Entities

Hi Team,

Currently, we have an issue where the drop down of the performance documents are not restricted by Legal Entity or Business Unit.

Navigation:
My Client Group » Performance » Performance Documents

We made our custom data role Performance Specialist - XCom - View All and the expected behavior would be to only see XCom Performance Document 2024 but we can see all the other performance documents too, unrelated to the current user Legal Entity.

Please are there any security profiles for performance ?

or anyways to restrict this drop down ?
