Responsive self service procurement - negotiated flag, requested date, tax details

Summary:

As per 24B only Create noncatalog request screen is available to enter requisition lines for responsive self service procurement for non catalog based purchases. The corresponding screen to the older version's Enter Requisition Line page is yet to arrive in 24C. We need to know if with the new screen the negotiated flag, requested delivery date, tax details section will come by default. These are currently not there in the Create noncatalog request page. If not what will be the workaround to display these fields through any page customizations or any other way which is supported in Redwood theme?
