Fields in the Competency Section of Talent Profile

Summary:

I have a competency section in the Talent Profile. I need to display the following fields in the section: Target Proficiency,  Employee's self-evaluation rate. The competencies in our talent profile came from the Prformance Document via Job Profile

I am also not sure if Required Proficiency Level field the same as TArget Proficiency. Can someone confirm?
