Which privilege is needed to access Common Lookup via REST API. We don't want to give the complete "Application Implementation Consultant" in order to use the REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/commonLookups/ to access the lookup and its value.

The requirement is to build a custom role and give the privilege which will give access to Common Lookup to the user.
