Marking I-9 Journey task as Done

We are able to select done option even before completing the I-9 Hireright task in Journeys.

It seems like it lets employee to mark the task as done without actually completing the task.

We just want to confirm whether this is the expected behavior or is there a process from HireRight that would mark it done once they signed and completed it.
