How do we share saved searches in journeys

Summary:

When we head to Me > Journeys > My Tasks we are able to save searches using the 'Create a search' button. There is an option to share this, but it doesn't seem to share. How is this supposed to work if it can't be shared? It would be good to set this as a default for everyone to avoid unnecessary clicks on the filters.

There is a page to setup saved searches, but that is only for CRM. So then why do these options exist, how do we set them up and how can we set it as a default? The only reference in docs.oracle.com is the link below which asks to use saved search but has no details beyond that.
