RTA automation rule not changing via Smartview in the system
Summary:
During year end we saw an issue when trying to change RTA Automation rules for all our domestic entities en masse.
Our RTA Automation was acting up, (appearing in the wrong column with the wrong numbers). In order to fix this we tried to re-push RTA Automation rules via Smartview and reconsolidate the system. Unfortunately, the changes we tried to push en masse via Smartview were not landing in the system, this resulted in us having to manually change the rule for each entity and reconsolidate. This work around allowed us to complete Year end, but was very time consuming and would've been much easier had Smartview taken properly in the first place. I can confirm that if a rule was
