benefits enrollment error

Hello,

While enrolling benefits for employee receiving the following error while processing the life event

"The process couldn't complete the enrollments because an enrollment period wasn't found for the offering. (BEN-990167)Review the enrollment period set up in the program or plan configuration for this life event. This error occurred in the package ben_enrolment_requirements.enrolment_requirements. Context at the time of error: Program B2024_new_program, Plan B2024_new_plan, Effective Date 2024-06-08, Life Event Occurred Date 2024-06-07."

Have tried to check eligibility and even the life event all seems to be intact.
