AP Invoice Approval - Error - Starting Point not specified and Task Creator is same as UptoApprover

Summary:

We have defined the rule for cost center "00000" it should route to Cost center manager and Invoice header Requester Manager. If we are using "xx-user" as invoice requester then the rules are working fine, however if we are using "yy-user" as invoice requester then we are getting the below issue.

code:30106 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Error setting starting point implicitly. exception.description: Starting Point not specified and Task Creator is same as UptoApprover: ****@****. exception.fix: Set the starting point explicitly to some one below the Upto Approver.

The rules are properly configured as it's working fine with other user. No difference between the users creation point of view.
