How to download the Service Provider metadata file?

To implement and enable SSO in Eloqua, received and uploaded the sample IDP metadata for Eloqua from the third party team, whereas as a return back it is necessary to download and share the Metadata file which contains all Service Provider ID, Verification certificate and ACS endpoint/callback URL to the Third party team.

Please let me know the steps/procedures where to navigate and download those details.
