Is it possibile to update customer data using FBDI "Upload Customer"?

I just need to add the registration number of many customers existing in Oracle, and we need to use the FBDI, is it possibile to do it?

when i tried I read that error: "The error message and token information couldn't be retrieved. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_IMP_INVALID_PARENT_ID and token values PARENT_TABLEID_COLUMNnullnullnull.

The date range for a child record must be within the date range of its parent record."
