Time Off requests not appearing on Redwood Timcards
Using Admin access, I created timecards and added punches for these two employees .
- #011143 – Adriana Gonzalez-Murillo – pay period from 5/20/24 to 6/2/24: I submitted time off request for vacation – 6 hours then entered all the punches and submitted this timecard. Everything looks good.
2. #016253 – Darla Carrasco - pay period from 5/20/24 to 6/2/24: I entered all the punches and submitted this timecard then I submitted time off request for vacation – 1.50 hours. The vacation hours were populated under “Reported Time” but not under “Calculated Time”. I transferred the hours and ran a QP, the vacation was pulling over and everything looks fine. It just wasn’t populated under “Calculated Time”.
