Rest API to fetch Overall Manager ratings and Goal ratings

Summary:

We are looking a Rest API to fetch Overall Manager rating from performance document along with the individual goal ratings.

When we look at the Rest APIs of fusion, we identified that we can only fetch ratings from talent ratings. But we are not sending the manager ratings from performance document to talent ratings.

So please let us know if there is any Rest API available to fetch overall ratings of Manager from performance document.
