New enrollment life event erroring

Summary:

An employee was hired on 5/28/24 and transferred to another location on 5/29/24. The system is showing that she was hired and terminated on the same day and is erroring on the New Enrollment life event for 5/28/24 (see screenshot below). We need to offer benefits as of her hire date not 5/29/24. How can we fix this to offer benefits for the correct date?
