How can we implement Sentiment Analysis in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)?

Hello there.

We are currently exploring the ways to implement sentiment analysis in Oracle Digital Assistant.

Currently what we are doing is we are exploring a way to figure out sentiment of the user based on the user text. For instance, consider a sample FAQ bot where user asks a question and bot follows up with an answer. Now, after this answer by bot, we will prompt the user to input a feedback in a textfield (inside the ODA itself).

So my question is, based on the text we received from the user after answer from the bot, is there any feature or ways in ODA for sentiment analysis which we can implment and also extract insights from it. Alternatively our client has put forward a suggestion that can we use a service Infeedo (
