Invert the display order of Goal Plans

Hello experts,

we would like to invert the display order of the Goal Plans in our Goal page. Can anyone suggest how is it possible to achieve this? We have two goal plans: How Goals (appearing first by default) and What Goals. The requirement would be to have the What Goals appearing first by default. We tried by changing the name of this goal plans but it seems that the display order seems to not be based on the alphabetical order.
