Data mismatch between OFS and ADW tables

We are facing the data mismatch of user list between our OFS environment and ADW, is there any way in OFS we can refresh the ADW integration and make OFS to send the current user list to avoid this data mismatch, if not what could be the best approach to avoid the data mismatch?
