How to assign different differentials to a different group of salary grades?

Summary:

We currently have a US pay structure where our zones are assigned to the person by zip code. We create our base salary range for zone 3 and then the differential is applied for zones 1 and 2.

We have a group of salary ranges that we would like to have a different differential for their zones 1 and 2. Please see below:

Properties:

Salary Range Differential Profile: US Salary Differential

Code: US_SALARY_Differential (Current)

Code: US_SALARY_Differential_2 (added to create a second US profile)

Compensation Zone Type: United States

Differentials:

US Profile A: for grades 60, 70 and 80  

Zone 1: 1.2

Zone 2: 1.1

Zone 3: 1

         

US Profile B: for grades 20, 30 and 40
