How to get unique ID to implement SSO

Hello,

we are trying to implement SSO for our eloqua instance. When started to create the identity provider, one of the parameters we need to write is Service Provider Entity which should like this: https://login.eloqua.com/auth/saml2/idp2/{site_ID}/{unique_ID}, however, not sure where can I find the unique ID value. How can I access that information in Eloqua?
