Checklist completion not working with AND operator.

Summary:

Hi experts,
we are currently implementing a journey that should be triggered upon completion of other journeys.
(I.e. Journey C should be triggered once Journey A and Journey B are completed).
This case can be achieved as suggested by the community by using Checklist completion as an event in the journey configuration, since the FF - activation criteria does not comply within journeys dependency.
But we have noticed that it only works with OR condition, while with AND operator, the journey seems not triggering.

Is there a way to understand of this behavior, or we are missing something within the configuration?
