How to stop triggering of the seeded life events like 'Salary Change' ,'Rate Recalculation dueto age

Summary:

We don't use couple of seeded events however it gets triggered on employees and is processed.

Can we stop triggering of the life events ?

For salary change life event if the person change trigger is removed it will help however how about the LEs which dont have any person changes attached like 'Rate Recalculation due to age'
