Performance Check-Ins Licensing Clarification
We're enabling the Performance Check-in functionality in Redwood and we do not use Touchpoints. It's only the performance check-ins that we are interested in.
We had an issue where the Add button in Me > Performance would simply redirect to the homepage when trying to add a check-in.
The same would apply when we tried to Add Check-In Document from Me > Show More.
This was resolved by adding the HRE_ACCESS_TOUCHPOINTS_BY_WORKER_PRIV.
However, from this documentation it seems this privilege incurs a further charge for Touchpoints.
Are performance check-ins no longer possible without subscribing to the Touchpoints offering?
