How to disable the proficiency level dropdown in the performance document

Hi Team,

We have the requirement - Competencies should flow from the job profile level. Proficiency level is mapped to it. Employee and Manager has to provide the ratings for the competencies.

But here, we don't wants the employee or manager to choose the proficiency level again. How to disable this proficiency level dropdown? Please update.
