Is there any performance impact for indexing all records without limit in Adaptive Search?

Summary:

In Adaptive Search setup page, we have option to select "No Limit" in "Index Records Updated in the Last" field.

If we select this option "No Limit" for several objects, are we going to have any performance issues in the future?

Is there any recommendation for this selection, based on number of records maybe?
