Unable to restrict the Performance related config items for the Admins based on their legal entities

Summary:

We have a requirement to display the configuration items to Administrators based on their data security level. For Ex: we have 2 entities and they both are using the same instance. Admin 1 and Admin 2 have HR Specialist access and when they click on configuration items , My client Groups>Goals> Goal plans and My Client Groups >Performance>, the admins are able to see the other entities configuration items like Performance Templates, Review periods, Performance Sections, Performance Flow, Document Types etc.
Is it possible to restrict the configuration items based on the entity level? please advise as we do not see that feature available at the moment in the fusion instance.
