Absortion company

Hi gurus:

We need to merge two companies into 1, and we would need to know if there is any process (automatic or manual workflow) in Oracle Fusion Cloud that allows us to transfer accounting balances from one to the other. And, is it possible to do it in a previous date, for example, 1st Jan 2024?
