We have a business requirement : Task 1 owner has to upload certain offline documents and same has to be visible for review for task 2 owner before action .

TASK 1 ⇒ uploads documents and completes the task and

TASK2 ⇒ should be able to see the attachment uploaded by Task 1 and action on the task
