Eligibility Profile based on Appointment Category or Total FTE ?

edited Jun 26, 2024 12:01PM in Benefits 2 comments

Summary:

I cannot find a way to create an eligibility profile based on the Appointment Category field (i.e. executives vs. other staff) on a Job.

I also have a need to base eligibility of the total FTE across all active assignments. (As noted here, there is a bug with the derived factor and inactive assignments.)

What are others doing for this scenario?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a plan [not in program] set up for pension plan costing.

We have an exclusion Eligibility Profile based on specific Appointment Categories via a Fast Formula.

We have another Eligibility Profile that requires the employee to be at least .5 FTE across all assignments or relationships via a Fast Formula.

Howdy, Stranger!
