I want to check which report is appropriate to review the elections done by the participants during the open enrollment as post open enrollment Activity. I see the below two reports.

Benefits Open Enrollment Disclaimer Report
Benefits Open Enrollment Without Disclaimer Check Report

What is the difference between these reports? What is disclaimer? is it authorization text?
