Probation Period Journeys task-Full Name and Signature pad is not enabled when FF is mapped in task

Probation Confirmation Letter task( Esignature) to be activated only when the previous task(Questionnaire) is answered as Yes. This condition is mapped in Activation Criteria. But the Esignature task is not working as expected.

We have a requirement where the Probation Confirmation Letter task (Task Type-Esignature) must be enabled when the Probation Review Form (Task Type-Questionnaire) is responded as Yes. We had created a FF such that the task becomes active when the response provided on the Questionnaire is 'Yes'. This FF is mapped under an Eligibility Criteria and the same is mapped to the task under Activation Criteria. However, the Esignature task is not working as expected, the Full Name field becomes read-only and there is no Signature Pad and Done button.
