Alert to remind manager Probation review is due
Summary:
We are creating probation review templates that will be assigned using an eligibility profile and need to notify Managers when they are due
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We are just starting to use Performance Management in Oracle and are just developing our Probation review templates for our Mid and End of Probation reviews. I understand that we can create two eligibility profiles that will assign the mid probation template at 2 months service and the end of probation template at 5 months service.
How do we set up alerts / reminders for Managers to tell them the templates have been created and when the probation reviews are due and then overdue ?
