With a Life event how to auto drop the dependent option to minimum plan option based on the EE hours

Summary:

we have a Benefits Requirement, where for a certain Life Event ( Requal Semi Annual) , Medical /Dental/Vision Plans should Auto Drop to Associate-Only option if the Employee has Benefit Hours eligible only for Employee (Not Enough hours to cover the dependents).
