Why do ratings loaded via HDL appear in the employee's Talent Profile but not in the Review Meeting?

In an ongoing Talent Review Meeting in Oracle Cloud HCM, I manually added Performance and Potential ratings for an employee “X” in the FrontEnd, which populated the NBox Rating and placed in Nbox.

However, when loading the same ratings via HDL, they were successfully loaded and visible in the employee “Y” Talent Profile, but did not appear in the ongoing Talent Review Meeting's Holding Area or NBox Rating Box.
