Coverage and rate start date first of next month - not reflecting correct rates
Summary:
We have set the coverage and rate start date first of next month for all the life events except the New Hire. And then set the previous coverage and rate end date to end of the month. But upon testing this I noticed that the rate is not reflecting for all the life events except the New Hire, the new hire event is set to start coverage and rate as of event date. This is the set up:
Coverage Start Date: First of next month Previous coverage end date: End of the month
Rate Start Date: First of next month
