Need to Stop 'Unrestricted' Life Events Creation Unless A Change Has Been Identified
Hi,
If an emp goes into their Benefits through self-service and clicks on Make Changes, a new Unrestricted Life Event will automatically open and close on the same day, even if nothing has been changed in their benefits.
We have made changes in Self-service configuration for Unrestricted enablement and set it to 'Only when the person's data changes'. But this did not work.
Unrestricted event is getting triggered after employee clicks make changes and closes without making any actual changes to plan.
How can we meet this requirement?
