Is there a way to trigger an OIC Integration to process a file as soon as it is placed by SRC system

Summary:

We are looking for advise on if we have any approach to trigger an OIC integration as soon as file is placed by Source system. We are using OIC SFTP as a file storage and it appears that OCI Object storage has capability to raise an event which is not an option for us. We do not have a go for scheduling the integration at a particular time of a day or every 1 hour. Any approaches/ideas that comes to mind?
