Journeys configurable form multi-row fields

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to collect reference details from employees while they are applying for internal job positions. We are planning to use Journeys to collect these details and need at least 3 reference contacts (like name, phone, email, years known etc).

  1. Is it possible to create multi-row Journey Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) so that internal candidates can enter details for 3 references?
  2. Is it also possible to generate reports based on these details?

Please suggest, if there are any other alternatives. Thank you
