Is it possible to move/customize report link position in a task report type?

Summary:

Hi experts,
we have implemented a report task type for a journey along with some instructions that which includes exteral urls.
On completing the task, we have noticed that the report link is fixed under the instruction section.
Is it possible to move this above or in between the instruction section?
Below is the current situation

Yellow- Instruction field
Black - Report link
