Timeliness and Employee Self Service
Summary:
Hello,
I set a timeliness rule for 30 days that requires manual intervention.
However, once the Ben Admin evaluates the LE, it is NOT available to the employee to continue with self-service. It is only available to the Ben Admin for enrolling.
Is it possible to open this up to employees once the admin manually intervenes/ evaluates the LE?
