Redwood pages are coming blank from employee

Summary: We have enabled all the profile options for redwood pages across talent management module. when we checked and logged in from manger and employee we are seeing white blank pages for the same when we checked by adding seeded roles for employee and manager it is working as expected but for custom roles we are facing this issue could you please help us out in this situation.
