Unable to add existing tasks to Task Library

Summary:

I am trying to take existing tasks and add them to the Task Library, but it keeps erroring.

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #11":

The Checklist Templates task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."

Any advice? This worked fine before 24A. It's an issue in all of our instances.
