Suspension rule based on Coverage Amount

Summary:

we have a Life Insurance plan with coverage as 3x Annual Salary and if amount exceeds 1377000, the coverage should be suspended till EOI is provided and still then coverage amount should be 1377000.

we have a Life Insurance plan with no option and coverage amount as 3x Annual Salary and if amount exceeds 1377000, the coverage should be suspended till EOI is provided and still then coverage amount should be 1377000. I tried with the Interim Rule Fast formula approach but its giving an error on evaluating the life event. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Also, I am open for any alternative approach other than using FF.
