Fusion Service/Case Management in an HR context
Summary: Hi, we're working with a prospective customer who needs case management for HR related activity. The customer does not have HCM and thus HR Help Desk is not appropriate. So instead we're thinking that a nightly batch of created/updated employee records could be sent from a non-Oracle system to Fusion Service. And then we can use DCS as an employee portal. Interested to know who else has attempted this, what else to look out for, and any general advice!
