FYI Notification not received by manager when employee add or edit the Career Development Goals

Greetings!

Client Ask: When employee add, edit or Delete the development goals FYI and Email notification should trigger to Line Manager.

Problem Description: When employee add or edit the Development goals it should be auto approved and if employee delete the development goal it should go for line manger approval. This approval condition is working fine but Manager not receiving FYI notifications when employee +Add or Edit the development goals but when employee delete the dev goal manger getting notification.

Navigation: Me > Career and Performance > Career Development > +Add or Edit
