How to hide guardian details from new contact under before you enroll

Hello,

Under 'Before you enroll' there is a option where employee can add their contacts, once u click on add it takes to 'new contact' page, where there are many fields, we want only 2-3 fields in them but there are many other unwanted fields which we want to remove.

We tried in HCM design studio> action > before u enroll and tried making the fields not visible, still they seem to be visible.

Can someone help in finding the action we need to select to make it not visible only under before u enroll section ?
