Move completed reviews to new manager

Hello, if an employee's manager changes after the performance reviews have closed for that period, will the new manager automatically have access to the old performance reviews? Is there a process we can use to move the completed reviews to the new managers? We do not want to automate this and move in-progress reviews, only completed. Thanks!
